PAYMENT : Sales Tax/Exemption
Sunburst Bottle is legally obligated to collect taxes on all shipments to Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin shipments.

For resale tax exemption, Resale Certificates must be faxed to 800.423.7545 when order is placed.

Charity, religious, educational or government agencies must fax proof of exemption to 800.423.7545.

SHIPPING : Charges
Orders with merchandise totaling less than $200 ship Pre-Paid, and charges are added directly to your invoice. These charges are based on packaging, shipping weight (product weight & dimension weight), destination address and method of shipment. In some instances, we may be able to save you money on motor freight by using brokers - contact Customer Service at 877.925.4500 to learn more.

SHIPPING : Expedited Delivery
Upon request, we can expedite your shipment using FedEx or UPS. Cutoff time is 2:00 PM, CST. Additional charges may apply.

SHIPPING : Delivery Time
Items that are in stock typically ship within 24 hours. Transit time will vary by destination and transportation method.

SHIPPING : Tracking Orders

SHIPPING : International
Please read our International Order policy. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in destination country.

SHIPPING : Drop/Blind Shipments
We can drop ship & send blind shipments upon request. Please indicate your request in the comment section of your online order or mention your request to a customer service associate when ordering by phone.

SHIPPING : Pick-Up Orders
With 24-hour advance notice, orders can be picked up. Our facilities cannot accept cash, payment arrangements must be made in advance.
